Process
Here in this specific section, the Customer is selected
to whom the Product to be delivered followed by Purchase
Order or a Quote, etc., of the particular customer. Then,
a detail of the Items which is ordered by the Customer follows
in the Item Details Tab. After filling in the details of
the above, the manufacturer can see the overall cost price
and selling price for the items which is ordered by a particular
Customer from the Job Order Tab. It also gives a suggestion
to the manufacturer to order the quantity of the Goods which
is used to create the Product. The manufacturer can now
specify the Delivery Schedule for the items which is ordered
by a Specific Customer in the Delivery Schedule Tab.
The
screen displays the Customers in the Drop Down list where
the user can selects a specific customer. The Sales Orders
of the Customer are displayed after the selection of the
Customer. Then the User is displayed with the Items ordered
by the specific Customer in the "item Details" Section.
The calculation of the stones, materials required are automatically
calculated and stored in the "stones"," material" of "Job
Order" section. The Calculations are done automatically
by using the value for a single Style which the user gets
from the "build Style" Section.
The User has to enter the Labor Charges for fixing the Stones
for the Style. This information is stored in the Labor Section
of job Order.
The details of the Cost Sheet are displayed in this section.
The Cost of a particular Work Order and the Profit which
the User is going to get from the particular Work Order
are also calculated and displayed in this Section.
The manufacturer can now specify the Delivery Schedule for
the items which is ordered by a Specific Customer in the
Delivery Schedule section. The details are mentioned in
the Functionalities of Delivery Schedule.
The manufacturer then can store the details by clicking
the Save button and the Particular Work order is created.
