Objective
of this module is to create Accounts for Income, Expenses
etc for Business purposes. By creating these accounts the
User will be able to know the Income and Expenses of the
Business.

Now,
how to create a Journal?
The
details of the Journal are colleted in this module.
The information such as Journal No, Currency, Exchange Rate,
Date are gathered.The Tab Journal contains the Account,
Description, Debit and Credit entries. Here, the transaction
is decided to debited or credited in a particular account.
After entering the details, click save to get the details
of the Journal to be stored.
Functionalities
of this module:
Journal:
The User has to specify the information which is required
to create a Journal.
a) Journal No denotes "Journal Number"
b)
Currency denotes by which Country's Currency the Business
transactions are dealt with.
c)
Exchange Rates denotes "The rate in which the transaction
is going to be taken place with Currency"
Journal
Tab:
a) Account denotes to which Account the transaction has
to debited or credited.
b) Description denotes the narration for a particular journal.
c) Debit denotes the Debit Entry for a particular journal.
d) Credit denotes the Credit Entry for a particular journal.
