Contact Support:
Standard Support is provided free of charge to registered users of our products. It is necessary to register your product with a valid serial number to be eligible. Standard Support includes: Standard Support e-mail inquiries are normally answered in less than two business days. In order to handle e-mail more efficiently, each product has a separate e-mail address. Please use the appropriate e-mail address for the product in question. Additional product information is available on our Web site in the form of FAQ. We recommend this as the first place to look for answers to your technical questions.

Technical Support:
We have a dedicated staff of Technical Support Engineers standing by to answer your support related questions about our products. Technical Support Engineers are available by phone.
When you call, you should be at your computer, and have the following information:

1. Build number of the product that you are using.
2. Your registration serial number.
3. Type of hardware that you are using.
4. Exact wording of any message that appeared on the screen along with the error message number.
5. Description of what happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
6. Description of how you tried to solve the problem.
