The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that
will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1. These products and offers are only available to trade customers.
OEM products are for bundling purposes only and are not to be sold
separately
2. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
3. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase
the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
4. The Shipping and Handling fee is depend on Countries . (Special
fees apply to orders over 25Kg in weight )
5. The Goods will be packed inside the packaging provided by the
original manufacturer typically OEM packaging, jewel or dvd case.
Images are shown for illustration purposes only and products may
differ from images shown.
6. Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods
for any reason we will not charge you and will make a full refund
for monies already paid. However, we will not be responsible for
compensating you for any other losses, which you may suffer if we do
not supply goods.
7. Many of the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is
not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products
and keep specifications 100% up to date.
8. Returns Policy - If you buy goods, which have an unsuitable
specification that was not apparent from our website, we will accept
the return of the goods provided they are in a resaleable condition,
and in the original packaging provided we are notified within 7 days
of you receiving the goods. Dhanish Software OEM will refund any
money paid for the goods. Please ensure that you have the correct
system requirements as the cost of shipping is non-refundable for
items ordered incorrectly.
All goods returned to Dhanish OEM MUST have a valid returns number
which will be issued by our customer services dept on +662 6302217
(calls are charged at normal rate). Dhanish Software OEM cannot
accept responsibility for any goods returned to us without a valid
returns number. For returns of a technical nature, our Tech Support
department will issue a returns number where necessary.
9. We will endeavour to deliver goods within 7 days, but goods are
subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes
outside of our control. We will notify you immediately if there is a
delay and arrange with you another time for delivery. If we cannot
agree on a suitable delivery date, we will offer you a full refund.
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or
expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused
by our negligence. Payment can be made online by Switch, Maestro,
Delta, Mastercard, VISA or American Express. Alternatively offline
payment can be made via cheque, bank transfer or postal order, in
this case please call +66 1 8248958.
Payments for Dhanish Software OEM are processed by Dhanish Software
Solutions Co., Ltd. ( www.dhanish.net ), and your account will be
debited by Dhanish Software Co., Ltd.
10. Should delivery be delayed for more than 21 days you have the
right to contact us and refuse to accept the goods.
11. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if
goods arrive in a damaged condition so that an exchange can be
arranged or alternatively you have the right to claim a full refund.
12. If the goods are returned to us on the basis that you found them
to be faulty and on testing are found to be in full working order
then an administration fee of 15% of the price will be charged to
you.
13. NON RECEIPT OF GOODS: If you do not receive your goods, we will
re-issue your order once we have received written confirmation from
you of non-receipt with full details of your address to allow us to
check the data on our system. We will not re-issue without written
confirmation of non-receipt because of the issue of software
licensing.
14. The goods remain the property of Dhanish Software OEM
until paid for in full.
15. If you order software from us, a license to use the software is
supplied with the product by the publisher of the software. You are
required to comply with the terms of the software license as well as
these terms and conditions.
16. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time
without prior notice to you.
17. DISCLAIMER: Any information found on the Dhanish Software OEM
