Catalog Creator
This Module is an important aspect of Success. Here the user can create Catalogs for distribution amongst prospective buyers. These Catalogs can be Edited, Deleted and Printed. They can also be converted into HTML Documents. A Setup Kit of the Catalog can also be created, in order to distribute in CD mode. This Module contains a List of all the Styles that have been created in the Style Master Module. The user can view an enlarged version of each style in the preview window that is provided in the bottom right corner of the screen. No styles will be present in both the lists. Only when the user selects an option like New Catalog or Open Catalog, the lists will be filled with the respective styles.

As and when styles are added to the selected styles list, if the Images exceed six in number, they will automatically moved to the Next Page. The User can move to each page using the Navigation buttons that are available. The styles present in the lower half of the screen can be filtered based on the Category. They can also be ordered based on description or price. Based on the selection in the order by list, the list will be filled with the styles accordingly, in that order. If an item in this list is clicked then its enlarged. Image will be displayed in the preview window along with its style number and price. If a picture in the selected items list is double-clicked, then a small window will pop up. This will contain the price of the style. The price of the style can be changed here, for the purpose of the Catalog only. There is also provision to enter some remarks or notes about each style for the buyer’s benefit.

Customer Maintenance
In Customer maintenance the customer can enter the name, contact person, designation, address, state, country, fax and e-mail. Can be used to define the Customer info, Each Customer has a unique ID to identify from the others

Invoice module with Bar cording

In Invoice module the user can create and keep track of sales invoices. The user can feed information in invoice and printout taken. You can select the list of inventory items and the program records the price and calculates the taxes for you. For dispatching your products You can enter Ship to Address, Bill to Address of the customer, Customer PO Number, Reference Number, Terms, etc for your invoice, when entering the inventory list you can also preview the images in the picture preview box.

By using invoices bar-code scanner you can simply the code tag and it will automatically reflect in your invoice with style number, description and price of the item. In invoice the other important features is manipulate the cost of the product through show cast price option by selecting show cost price you can see the cost price and profit % in the Invoice grid. The user can also change the profit % percentage according to the change in the profit % the price of the item will have the effect, and also the profit ratio and profit percentage of the items.You can also set the password to see the cost price of the item. Invoice can be printed with thumbnail images of of your style. By selecting the Print Picture option the style of the picture will be printed in the invoice.

Cost Calculation
The cost calculation is very important aspect of this program. Once casting and plating information is entered the information will be segregated and shown and amount of profit made and in percentage. This cost calculation is used for all currency conversion default 15 conversion are provided. If wanted a new conversion provision are provided for it.

Image processing

Image Processing has color effects, image effect, and view effects. The user can open the picture from the tool bar for processing . Also, the user can store the picture using 'save as the picture' option, in many types of formats, after processing. Undo the process, Zoom in and Zoom out can also be done.

Color Effects: Image can be processed by giving color effects like brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, invert color. By clicking on go button user can see the color effects of the picture in a separate window.

Image Effects: Image can be processed by giving image effects like Add Noise,Emboss,Mosaic and Sharpen By clicking on go button user can see the image effects of the picture in a separate window.

View Effects: Image can be processed by giving View effects like Fit Image to window, Stretch Image to Window, Flip, Reverse, Shear and Rotate Angle. By clicking on go button user can see the View effects of the picture in the after effects screen.

Print Catalog
In Print Catalog features, printing the style per page is fixed by rows and columns of 9/16 pictures per page. In this Version, enhanced printing option is given. Using that, user can fix the no of pictures that can be printed in a page, before printing catalog. Preview option given in this version is used to preview the catalog before printing it. It also has the provision to print the catalog 'category' wise as well as 'style' wise.

E-mail Catalog
This is the new feature available in version 2.2. Catalogs are attached as a JPEG file in the E-mail. Like catalog printing, here also user can fix the number of pictures per page and also able to fix page range that are to be e-mailed. This attachment for the mail is in JPG format

Multi currency catalog,Auto conversion of different currencies
By default application has 20 different currencies. Catalog module is compatible with the multi currency. In catalog module, when the style is added in to the catalog, price of that style is automatically converted to the user specified currency. The changes in the price of the style in the catalog automatically updates itself to the currency chosen by the user.

LAN Compatible
It is the Multi-user application. The application can have MS Access or MS SQL server as its database. The application installed in LAN environment so that the users can access data, pictures from a centralized location.

Login & password for every user on the LAN
This Module can be used to validate the entry into this application. It provides security and authentication to enter into the application. Only valid users, who have been given rights to enter the application, will be allowed inside.
