Company Master

This Module is to setup the Company Information such as Address, Home Currency, Logo, etc.

In Company Master user can specify the Company Name, Address, Place, City, Country, Zip, Currency the company is using, Phone, Fax, URL of the company and e-mail Id of the company. By clicking Edit button, User can change the company information and by clicking Save button the information will be saved. Logo of the company can be selected and that can be used for catalog printing.

In Company Master, the user can enter the name, address, place, city, country, zip, phone, fax, currency, web address and e-mail id of the company. User can edit and save the changes in the company information. Company Logo can be attached to all the catalog printing.

Product Master

This Module is used for creating and maintaining your product details. From the product master, the styles can be later retrieved for creating the catalogs. User can add the styles from Hard disk and TWAIN compatible resources. User has to specify the necessary information like Style No, Description, Price, Category and Subcategory of the style. Using the menu bar user can add style from Twain, Hard- Disk. Styles can be deleted using the Delete button. User can activate the features such as Image processing, Audio, Video, Full Screen, Search and Filter. User can also see the tree view of the Category and Sub category and by selecting the Category and Sub category user can see the styles of the relevant categories.

Twain

User can acquire the style from the Hardware like snappy or from other TWAIN Compatible resources. After Acquiring User can see the preview of the acquired style.

User has to specify the necessary information like Style no which is used for unique identification, Description of the style, Price, Category and Subcategory of the style. By clicking the Add to catalog button will add the acquired style in to the Catalog.

Hard Drive

User can add the styles from the specified location and can also see the Preview of the style User has to feed the necessary information like Style no which is used for unique Identification, Description of the style, Price, Category and Subcategory of the style.

By clicking the Add to catalog button will add the acquired style in to the Catalog. By clicking Finish button the styles will be added to the Product Database.

Currency Master

This module is used to create and maintain Currencies. By clicking New Button, User can add Currency Name, Symbol and Currency Code according to the Currency.
By clicking Edit button, User can change the Currency Name, Symbol and Currency Code

Category Master

This module is used to create and maintain Category and Sub Category. In Category Master user can add any number of Category and Subcategory. User can change the name of the Category and Sub category by Edit button. User can delete Category and Subcategory using the Delete Button.

Catalog Builder

This Module is used to build your own Catalog with Audio and Video attachment. Can build a catalog by selecting the styles, which is saved from the product master. In Tree view user can view the styles and select according to the respective category. This is the easiest way to create your own catalog.

This module has menu bar with Add to Catalog, Delete Style, Full Screen, Preview, Massive and the Grid displaying the information of styles like Style number, Description and Price.

Image Processing

Image Processing has color effects, image effect, and view effects. The user can open the picture from the tool bar for processing . Also, the user can store the picture using 'save as the picture' option, in many types of formats, after processing. Undo the process, Zoom in and Zoom out can also be done.

Color Effects: Image can be processed by giving color effects like brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, invert color. By clicking on go button user can see the color effects of the picture in a separate window.

Image Effects: Image can be processed by giving image effects like Add Noise, Emboss, Mosaic and Sharpen By clicking on go button user can see the image effects of the picture in a separate window.

View Effects: Image can be processed by giving View effects like Fit Image to window, Stretch Image to Window, Flip, Reverse, Shear and Rotate Angle. By clicking on go button user can see the View effects of the picture in the after effects screen

Audio, Video

We Can record an audio file for your own catalog from any device and in any format like mp3 or wav file in a compressed version, which makes it more lively. In play video, we can record our own audio clip for each pictures in mp3 or wav format in compressed form.

Search, Filters

Search
In search option user can search a specific style either by Style Number, Description and Price. User can search the style by typing in the Search Value.

Filter
User can Filter the product either by Category/ Subcategory or Price by specifying the Minimum and Maximum Rate. By clicking the Find button user can locate the style based on the given filter criteria.

Mass E-mail

User can select all the contacts email address by clicking the select option. The user can also specify the contact email addresses, which are not available in the MS Outlook. The user can type the subject and body of the mail in the Message Tab. The Mail Setup option is used for specifying your mail server settings to send the mail. User must specify the SMTP Mail server, Mail Port and From E-Mail Address to send E-mails.

Print Setup

In print setup, the user can set the page size to print the Catalog. By default, it will be in A4, Legal and Letter. The User can set the orientation either landscape or Portrait. User can specify the no of rows and columns to be printed. The user can sort the styles to print by as entered, category or Style no and uniform sizes of his own choice.

In margin alignment, options to set the top, bottom, left and right alignment of the print are given. By clicking preview button will show the preview of the print. By clicking print button will print the catalog.

E-mail Catalog

In E-mail Catalog, the user can select the file type and export the catalog to image format like jpg, bmp, tiff and pcx through e-mail. User can also set the styles per page, page setup and margin alignment to export the catalog to image format by email.

The options in e-mail catalog are file type, export quality, sort by, outline, print in uniform size.

In style per page, the user can specify the rows of the catalog to be exported to image format and the columns of the catalog to be exported to image format. Total will be calculated according to the rows and columns.In margin alignment, the option is to set the top, bottom, left and right alignment for printing.

Distribution

In Distribution module, the user can burn the catalog in to CD-ROM, export the catalog to hard disk in the specified location and export the catalog to FTP by specifying the FTP address & remote path, and export to HTML in the specified location.

User can write the catalog in to CD-ROM by selecting the drive, can specify the no. of copies to burn the catalog into CD-ROM. By clicking start button will burn the catalog into CD-ROM.

In export to Hard disk, user has to specify the location to export the catalog to hard disk. By clicking start button will export the catalog in to hard disk.

User has to specify the FTP Address and the remote path to export the catalog. User has to specify the User Id of the FTP.

Using select format, the user can export the catalog to FTP by CD-ROM in various file formats.

Export to HTML option is used to export the catalog in to HTML format. This can be done by specifying the location and then clicking the start button

Slide Show

Can see the slide show of the styles with full screen and play & synchronize audio. User can see and hear the slide show with audio. User can specify the delay seconds between two slides. The slide show will run according to time delay as specified.

User can also see the style no, description and price of the style from the slide show. The information will change according to the style which is running in the slide show. Play, Pause, Stop and Resume option are given to use.

Backup & Restore

This module allow the user to take backup of their data such as database, picture files, audio and video files. Restore option enables the user to restore backup from the backup media.

By selecting the Location, user can specify the Backup Location.
User can choose to backup database, picture files, Audio files and Video files by marking the appropriate check boxes.
